2025-2026 Registration Information
Online registration is required at: Https://forms.gle/ePKcvV9V7sEbFztaA
All players in grades 3–6 who are participating in the 2025 LBA season must register by completing this Google Form.
Registration Fee: $100 per player, paid by Venmo or check on Information night (cash, check payable to Lakeview Basketball Association, or Venmo @lakeviewbasketballassociation). Please include child's name in the memo on Venmo and/or check.
Volunteer Deposit: $150 per player, due on Information night (check payable to Lakeview Basketball Association). Checks will be shredded at the end of the season upon completion of required volunteer activities.
Jersey: $45 per player. New this season, each player will purchase their own reversible jersey, paid via Venmo or check on Information night. Jerseys will belong to the player and can be reused for all future LBA seasons, so please keep long-term sizing in mind. Sample jerseys will be available to try on at Information Night.
Important Notes
Players may not participate in practices or games until registration paperwork and fees are submitted and processed. Processing may take 1–2 business days.
Scholarships are available for players who meet financial guidelines. Applications are available upon request, and awards will be determined by the LBA Board.
Registration closes Wednesday, October 1st.
Information Night will be held on Sunday, October 12th at 5:30 PM. All fees and deposits are due at or prior to Information Night (registration fee, jersey fee, volunteer deposit). If you are unable to attend Information Night, please reach out to LBA at [email protected].
Please DO NOT turn in anything to the school.
The $100.00 registration fee goes towards various expenditures the Lakeview Basketball Association incurs in an average season. Expenditures include, but are not limited to the following:
Gym/Facility Rental Fees for the season practices and scrimmages
Gym/Facility Rental Fees for home tournaments
Insurance for players and tournaments
Tournament Fees for area tournaments (Can be up to $200 per tournament)
Various supplies for coaches, teams, and tournaments.
